Tim's Crusade for Trucking Safety |

Over the last thirty years I have represented families that were made a victim of trucks. Many of these accidents resulted in death or catastrophic injury.
I look at my job as the guardian of the gate to hold those people accountable that expose us to unnecessary harm and danger. We do that by changing policy and we do that by making them pay. The end result is we save lives.
This is an ongoing crusade for my lawfirm. That is why I enthusiastically support the efforts of the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America who are working today for a safer tomorrow.
